2010年5月31日, 以色列利用武力對抗救援船隊

敬啟者,

  我們作為熱愛和平的香港國際都會的市民對貴國公然武力攻擊執行人道主義任務的人們深感悲哀,他們的目的只是向圍困在加沙地帶的巴勒斯坦人提供人道主義援助。

  在此以下的組織的數千名成員一致譴責貴國濫用武力和暴力, 對抗手無寸鐵的包括婦女、兒童和老人在內的平民的行為。在公海上的這種故意開火攻擊的行為是極其嚴重的違反國際法的行為,同時嚴重侵犯了人權,因此絕對是不正當的。

  此封信函經由以下組織一致贊同支持。

  茲, 要求以色列:

  1. 立即撤銷對加沙地帶的封鎖;
  2. 通過國際媒體向全人類致以真誠的公開道歉;
  3. 從巴勒斯坦的全部領土撤軍,並宣佈接受巴勒斯坦為獨立國家。

ISRAEL’S USE OF FORCE AGAINST PEACE FLOTILLA on 31 May 2010

Dear Sir,

We, the peace-loving citizens of cosmopolitan Hong Kong are deeply saddened by your country’s use of blatant force on a humanitarian mission that was on its way solely for the purpose of delivering humanitarian aid to the besieged Palestinian people in Gaza.

Thousands of members of the following organizations hereby unanimously condemn the use of your country’s force and violence against unarmed people, including women, children and the elderly. Such deliberate armed attack on open sea is an extremely serious violation of international law and at the same time is a serious breach of human rights and hence can no way be justified.

This letter, unanimously supported by following organizations hereby demand Israel to:

  1. immediately lift the blockade on Gaza.
  2. extend a sincere and open apology to the entire mankind through international media.
  3. vacate all the Palestine territory and declare its acceptance of Palestine as an independent state.

2010年5月31日の公海上における人道救援船への武力行使に対して

拝啓

私たち平和を愛する国際都市・香港の市民は、封鎖されたガザ地区のパレスチナ人のため人道救援物資の輸送を目的に渡航中であった人道救援船に対して、貴国が野蛮な武力を行使したことへの深い悲しみに心を痛めています。

以下の各組織の無数の構成員は全員一致で、婦女、児童、老人を含む無防備の乗組員に貴国が武力で暴行を働いたことを、ここに強く糾弾します。意図的な公海上の武装兵士によるこうした襲撃は、国際法の極めて重大な違反であり、また同時に深刻な人権の蹂躙であり、いかなることがあろうと正当化することはできません。

この書簡は以下の組織で異口同音に賛同支持されイスラエルに対して以下を要求します；

一　直ちにガザの封鎖を解くこと。
二　国際的なメディアを通じてすべての人々に対して誠実で公開の謝罪を尽くすこと。
三　パレスチナすべての領土の占領を放棄し、パレスチナを国家として承認することを宣言すること。

誠実なる対処をお願い申し上げます。
