Workers of the World Unite!

我們作出以下呼籲：

一．最低工資首個水平訂於時薪不少於33元，以保障基層養家的生活需要；
二．立法保障集體談判權，勞資共享經濟成果，合理加薪；
三．訂立低收入生活補貼，確保基層人士可過尊嚴生活；
四．立法規管每天標準工時8小時，以及加班補水1.5倍；
五．改善零散工、合約工待遇，增加非正規勞工的職業保障，包括廢除僱傭條例中有關「四一八」不合理限制；
六．反對政府外判公共服務，保障社會民生及勞工待遇；
七．支持「國際勞工組織」(ILO)訂立公約保障家務工，取消對家務工的一切歧視及正視家務勞動價值。

We demand:

1. The first minimum wage standard set at $33 per hour for grass-root workers of all trades to provide for their basic needs;
2. Legistration on collective bargaining, fair share in economic growth, reasonable wage increase;
3. Provide subsidy to low-income families to ensure dignity of the grassroots;
4. Legislation on standard working hours; standard working hours should be set at 8 hours per day, 1.5 times of wages should be paid to over-time work beyond the standard working hours;
5. Improve working conditions of part-time and contract workers and protection for irregular workers; abolition the unfair “418” restriction in the existing laws which discriminate against part-time workers;
6. Stop sub-contracting public services; improve livelihood and protection for workers;
7. Support the creation and eventual adoption of an ILO Convention for Domestic Workers.

我々は以下を要求する：

一．最低賃金法の水準は時間当たり３３香港ドルに定め、基本的ニーズを満たし家族を養うため基層の労働者のすべての労働に適用させる；
二．団体交渉権を立法化し、経済成長の成果を労資公平に享受させ、公正な賃上げを行う；
三．低所得者・家族の生活を支援保障し、基層の生活の尊厳を確保する；
四．１日当たり８時間の標準労働時間を定め立法化し、標準時間を超える労働に標準の１．５倍の賃金を支払う；
五．パートと契約労働者の労働条件を改善することで非正規労働者を保護し、非正規労働者を差別し社会保障の享受を制限する雇用条例の「４１８」制限を撤廃しろ；
六．政府公共サービスの外注を改め、民生を改善し労働者を保護しろ；
七．国際労働機構(ILO)の家庭内労働を保障する条約制定を支持し、家庭内労働の価値を見直しあらゆる差別を撤廃すること。
